A best-selling author, Stephen M.
Miller is a seminary-educated journalist and a full-time
freelance writer and editor who specializes in Bible-related
projects. He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Kent
State University and a master’s degree in religious
education (with a concentration in biblical literature and
theology) from Nazarene Theological Seminary.
Miller began his journalism career as a newspaper writer and
editor before attending seminary and then working for more
than 20 years as an editor of church curriculum, magazines,
and books. He has been a full-time freelance writer for nine
years and is a member of the Society of Biblical Literature,
Wesleyan Theological Society, Evangelical Press Association,
and CBA.
His book Who's Who and Where's Where
in the Bible was named a winner of the Retailer's Choice
Award in 2006
